Well, if you're the world's tallest midget, don't you have to be a midget? Maybe we should call the International Measurements & Standards Society for an official ruling...

For the real technicallity on the midget thing, if you have the genetics to be a midget, then have a thyroid tumor to boot, you wouldn't exactly be a midget anymore...
