I'm about 95% sure you meant katsudon. Maybe a slightly better one, with improvements on the meat, but it sounds more-or-less the same.

I'm sure there are different varieties. The link even mentions a few, such as the beef katsudon. I'm just saying that veal is a few steps up from that.

did it? i don't know how to adjsut heat settings so i'm a little cautious with my microwave.
