Guess what I got my claws on! I piece of Hungarian amethyst (okay so I put a deposit down and paying the rest off week by week) . It was only discovered this year and there are only 7 pieces in the UK. I've laid claim to one of them *grins*

Wow that does soud pretty neat.... makes me feel like unpacking my big-box-o-rocks... and th smaller boxes too.  I need to se if any of the more fragile samples broke in the move.
