I have no idea, how ghosts could be explained scientifically
But I know what you mean about ghosts, as I see them and communicate with them, sometimes. (Sorry for the off-topic post) _________________ I use logic. Deal with it.

I'm not talking about people who claim to spiritually be dragons, I'm talking about the ones who claim there are real live physical dragons on earth. _________________ The Lichen grows slowly, atop of a rock.

I believe Dragons may have once existed on this Earth, but not anymore, heck I feel I'm an Earth Dragon, but my Dragon life would've probably been during the days of knights and such. _________________ Iseathielos Adismal, the green, blue, and yellow Dragon. hmm...
i believe dragons exist, but not as big reptiles. for instance, i, as well as many other people on this board, believe i am a dragon, and my spirit is draconian.
also, i have statues of dragons. each of those has its own charcter, and its own aura. it is an individual. also, the dragons i draw have characters. all are real to me, so i believe they exist.
to most of you, this post will make me seem like a headcase, but some of you will understand.

I do not believe that they physical currently. What I do believe is that they did exixt at some point and here on earth. The reason that I believe it is possible they truely existed is based on the fact that each culture contains stories about them, they go back to times when these different cultures did not even communicate with each. When comparing the stories you would find that in each dragons are very described in very similar ways, except the dragons in eastern lore. Theirs tend to be slightly different but in the same sense they are very similar.
As for physical proof, or fossils that would be able to confirm their existance; it is a possibilty that we have already seen them. I understand that people who put together old bones to come up with dinosaurs and such are experts in their field. What if they had the bones and working off of a preconception of how they believe the bones should be put togehter have classified them under something else. People are famous for bending things to match their preconcieved notions of how things should be. I am not saying it is a fact but a possibility.
Do I just blindly believe in dragons? No I don't, and I have even thought that maybe the pictures and statues we see today may not even accurately portray what a real dragon looked like. You combine a little bit of truth with a little bit of imagination and you get what most people consider a dragon today. In all honesty I do not think dragons were ever very large, I think they were small stature, but larger than a human being which would account for the stories and the dramatization of thier size. People have always embelished and made things bigger than what they really were, so I think it would apply to this scenario also.
I also do not believe I will ever see a real live dragon. There time on this earth has come and gone, what remains is the distant feeling of somehting magestic and magical that once was. I think people can pick up on the traces of what once was, then again it could be that I have an over active imagination and looking for any reason to believe in a creature that I adore once walked this earth. _________________ "We are not human beings on a spiritual journey. If I had some way of showing real physical proof of my draconity, I'd probably refrain from doing so anyway. You never know when the CIA might be watching! _________________ The statement below this one is false.

Although, unfortunately it would seem dragons are not present in the here and now (unless they're hiding)
But it is almost certain that they did at one stage. Probably went extinct during the middle ages.
