It's been awhile since I posted some funny content to this thread, hasn't it? This is now the second time that I've been solicited on YouTube, and this time it's a pyramid scheme. This isn't just any pyramid scheme however; I'm officially branding THIS one as the single stupidest pyramid scheme ever to have appeared anywhere. *triumphant music* I considered making a video about this and then posting a link here, but for some reason I'm still not quite able to go into full Hyraxylean Rant Mode (c) while looking at a camera, so maybe next time.

Admittedly this IS only part of the site, but the rest of it just goes on and on like that further down the page without changing tone or adding more detail. The sheer wrongness of this picture I've linked goes beyond jaw-dropping; I didn't even glance at it for a third of a second before Master blurted out "FAAAAKE!" in the back of my head. Are there any products that they're offering you? No. Are they offering to get you out of some sort of debt? No. No specifics, no details, the whole thing is all as vague and transparent as the subject of the sanity of the guy writing this post. The only thing that's clear is the main message: give us some money and later on we'll give you back MORE money.
Most pyramid schemes will try to make at least some half-assed effort to give you the idea that you're getting an actual PRODUCT for your money, but these people don't even do that much; they confess outright that you're just purchasing more money. d'oh! And underneath where they ask for your email, phone number, address, favorite color, bank account PIN #, and spiritual True Name, they tell you that "We value your privacy! Your information will not be sold or shared with any 3rd party. You may opt-out at anytime." I searched and searched for more traces of legal info and turned out NOTHING--that's all there is! Just that stupid little statement that they won't go around selling your personal info to every shady-looking character they meet as if you're supposed to take their word for it. The stupid doesn't burn the eyes much more than this.

Edited: The picture is too big. Made a link instead. ~Namhias.

I am seriously hoping this is fake. If it isn't some sort of scam, then... good gosh, I'm not sure what I'd do if this were directed to me. Confused I mean, it's not even worded too well in regards to asking someone for such an ultra-massive favor as "handling wedding arrangements" within such a short time period. "I want you to handle the wedding arrangements on their behalf since we intend having the wedding reception and the blessing ceremony in your country." I mean honestly, what the hell?? How on Earth do you get a degree in Bio-chemistry without learning how to use proper writing tone?
"In your country." Yeah thanks, that's really specific. As if this were Liechtenstein or Andorra we were talking about. Please please please please PLEASE let this not be a real person...

In regards to the actual email, I really, really hope that was fake too. Randomly out of the blue emailing someone about setting up a wedding? Seriously?

On the bad grammar/bio-chemist front though - you'd be surprized. Even though they're currently in Liverpool, they may not have grown up a native english speaker. Then the fun begins. We had one post doc in our lab who's english was terrible, but far worse is that he made no attempt to actually try to improve. It made discussions with him impossible.
