I didn't want to ask for help interpreting this dream but had to post it somewhere and the most likely explanation does seem to be simply "drugs" based on how much chocolate I had yesterday.

I still maintain that there's no such thing as too much caffeine, although I had heard it's possible to be addicted to it. I didn't realize there was an actual medical term for it though: caffeinism.

Apparently, treatment consists of restricting caffeine intake. Somehow I think this isn't possible...
