I wonder if anyone read ths book..
It's a great book and it's about studying dragons. I brought it yesterday. and I read it.. This book is higly recommed for reading

That book is completely worthless, with the vast majority of the material within it being the sole invention of its author.

You do have to admit it's pretty to look at though. I prefer Ciruelo's (major spelling issues on the name I imagine) illustrations though. Good book if you can find it.

I like it as a fictional children's book with really nice artwork. I found all the pop-up bits, flaps and shiny bits are rather fun (one day I might grow up, but not today  )
But if you are after a serious and well researched book about dragons this ISN'T it.

Out of curiosity just how silly is the book? Does it say things as ludicrous as that there's a race of them strong enough to carry elephants, or that dragons can be TAMED? lmao

I thought the book was pretty good even if some of the theories seem a little far from practical in my opinion. I also have the handbook...
What can I say? It has dragons and needed to come home with me 
I also have Ciruelo's The Book of the Dragon. I love the artwork in it. |
