If you know how to use a pencil, ink or paint and a scanner or a computer painting program, if you are creative and if you can cause a smile on our face (or a laughter) with an image of your own, go and join the SDB-Dragon Cartoon Art Competition to win a space in the Museum, never ending glory and honours 
You already can submit your work, the competition will start when we have enough entries.
