No offence to Jaspar, he's made a nice drawing, but the contest states that humor is a must and it states that its a comic competition.
His picture is not a comic and isn't humorous in any way so should not be in this competition.. This seems harsh seeing that the competition has only one other participant at the moment, but more will come and rules are rules.

I do understand what you mean and you are right: humor is a must.
Now I wonder, don't you think there is some humor in dragons ........ celebrating christmas? Some might find that rather weird and even humorous....
What are the opions of others on this? Is the image of Jaspar filled with enough humor to enter the competition.
And Jaspar, I would appreciate your opinion on this matter too: what was your intention with your image?

In a normal society perhaps dragons doing christmas is funny... But we are on a forum filled with people who believe they are dragons or atleast related to them in some way (not all).. I think it looks more natural or cute then actually funny ^^

Well, it was intended to be a humour christmas card, which i sent to my friends. I only entered it because i didn't have any other eligble pics on the net. By 'comic', i assumed it would be cartoon, i didn't think it had to be a huge strip with a story to go with it.

A single image can be a cartoon, no need to enter a complete strip.
