Well just woke up and had a dream! Or a remembered one for a change. Its kinda of a strange one. Any ideas of its meaning.

Anyways. I dream that Im a mercenary of sorts in back in some time period. there were no real hints exactly when other then I carried a common looking blade and leather chest armor.

I was traveling through some misty mountains towards a new village for work when I came across a women. The only thiing covering her unmentionables was cloth. Yup, the loincloth deal. Now this women had gold hair and was drop dead gorgeos.

She was with a silver dragon. But standing next to it. The dragon pretty much told me to leave, I was not welcome there. From the dragons voice, it was female. evidently, the womens mother. In the dream I was not exactly willing to let such a pretty catch like her get away. So I continued to village but kept going back up to those mountains when I could. Yeah, I braved the wrath of a angry dragon. *laughs*

The first time I went back up there I met the gold haired women alone. She pretty much said im a brave man or a foolish one for coming back after being told to not return. I replyed simply that I was a stubborn man. Now this women proceeded to tell me reasons why I should not come up into those mountains anymore. And believe me, I thought about it. All kinds of nasty things that dragon mother of hers would do to me.

But despite this I still went back up there. The third time I went back up there I braught the gold haired women a bunch of flowers I picked from the vally below. The reaction I got was not exactly what I expected. Instead of being happy for them. She was upset saying they would die now. Apparently she is nature lover.

Now in the dream I was under the assumption that she was just some human found and raised by a dragon right? No, i would find out later this was not the case. I continually went up there to bother her. And for some reason she put up with my courting efforts to win her heart. We talked more and more. With quite a few close calls with the silver mother. She apparently was not pleased with me for some reason. Me and the women eventually started to hit it off after my many attempts to win her heart. Goes to show you subborness pays off.

Anyways, continueing on.

I got a job in the village near the mountain to go after a gold dragon dragon that apparently stolen livestock. Being a mercenary with a light money pouch persuaded me to do it. The figures for the money are a little hazy right now. but I do know it was quite alot.

Using what money I had I went ahead to buy supplys to go after this gold dragon. I found it, the dragon apparently did not put up much of a fight and I was about to kill it with a spear. It begged for mercy and changed into the women.

In the dream, well, I did not take it very well and killed her anyway. And that is pretty much it. Not what one would call a happy ending to a dream. In it I was like some whole other person. I know If I was my regular self I would not have killed the dragon. Cant figure out what it means. heck, it probably has no meaning. What are yall thoughts.

After reading that the dragon transformed into a woman, right after you wanted to kill it (with a spear)..I could not help thinking that you are fighting your own will. I do not know in what way: perhaps surpressing it or trying to free it. Perhaps you are trying to solve an inner problem. I hope you know which one that is.

"The sovereign will is represented in our symbols by the woman who crushes the serpent's head, and by the resplendent angel who represses the dragon, and holds him under his foot and spear; the great magical agent, the dual current of light, the living and astral fire of the earth, has been represented in the ancient theogonies by the serpent with the head of a bull, a ram, or a dog. (…some serpents are given for example…) But in very fact it is the blind force which souls have to conquer to liberate themselves from the bonds of the earth; for if their will does not free "them from this fatal attraction, they will be absorbed in the current by the force which has produced them, and will return to the central and eternal fire."
