If I were to be a dragon I would (have dreamed of this) live in a dense forrest. Full of bamboo, elephant ear shrubs(those are the plants that stand about waste high and have HUGE leaves) The trees would be so thick as to put it all in a sort of shadow. There would be water falls and streams gallore! the temp. would always be above seventy five and the forrest would be sonnah-like misty. The damp warmth sooths me. Because of the mist the light that dose seep through will be as golden beams. there will be song-birds of every color, size, and melody. An eastern wind will also stir the mist to keep it from becomeing too hot. The water falls would be small and very large. there would always be a mound of polished black pebbles to meet the water fall and because of the water fall they would all hold a brilliant sheen about them. The mist is from the abundence of water falls. The fellow dragons would be sparse but because of the vastness there would be many to befriend and still have a good majority of territory to myself. As a place of dwelling I would have a sunken bald spot in the ground coverd by tall grasses. there I would make a nest and all of the sort. And to also look up at a swolen moon and gleaming stars at night. For prey would I hunt such things as the larger bird, perhaps wild boar, and somtimes I would visit a water fall to fish. Across this wide land the terrain would be flat but narrowly sloped like random valleys. this wide plain of forrests would then rise up onto a sort of half plattue somewhat like a fault that has rissen up. the sheer corrner-edge of this plattue would be bare so I could look out over the land. This entire area of forrests would then be surrounded and sheilded by moutens with a single gap in them for any sort of travel. HE HE... and just to spice things up the west side of the forrest is bordered by a great ocean. there would be a rim of crags and jutting rocks protecting the friendly waters of harsh waves and unwelcome creatures. but closer to the shore it will all be salt fine sandy shallows as blue and as clear as the sapphire in a ring. there would be fish that would visit every month to feed of which would be the finest of red, brown, and yellow. Often would I sit upon the pillers of jagged rock and watch the sunset.
For curriosities sake some of these images were fueled on a visit to a generily similar forrest in hawaii. ( Honolulu to be exact.) What i found most interesting is there were cakoi(ka-koo-ey) nuts scattered all over the ground and things the tour guid called mouten apples.
I give you a peaceful sigh. _________________ truth is only revealed to be true to those who believe it. |

Kukui.
Which, while delicious, are pretty small.
Besides, Hawaii would be a bad place for a huge predator. The game doesn't get much bigger than wild pigs, and those can be pretty nasty. _________________ To win against an opponent stronger than yourself, you must not be weaker than that opponent. - Takamachi Nanoha |

(more or less I just spelled everything wrong) Now concerning living in hawaii I just got some of the floora and fauna Ideas from being there, no this thought is directed to a remote regian. as for the food I dought I'd mind the smaller food.
Once again I apologize for my lack of good grammar. I ussualy use spellcheck, obviously .

I like warm and slightly humid places with large caves that have enough space to display hoards and with a skylight to see the stars and at a higher elevation with only one entrance to see my enemies long before they see me. _________________ Look into the eyes of the dragon and it will reveal your soul.... |

if im a dragon, i'd stock up a lot of ramen (i have contacts ) and head to a cave on the coasts. they say the sounds, smell, and feelings invoked by the sea can entrance a person. ah i went to a beack twice and both times was very calming. plus i get to see floating seagulls! once in a while, i'd see floating seagulls, in a flight position, as if soaring but instead, just remained in the same space. it's very awesome and funny to watch at the same time. _________________ Really, you should know better than steal a bowl of ramen from a Dragon.. *slu-u-u-rp* |
