*nods* Yes but that is the reason I don’t really do debates...because I know there will be some one who is to stuck up and rude and will only make me mad...any way, that’s besides the point. The point is I think it should be legal to use death as a means to rid the ground we walk on from the people who take it upon them selves to kill innocent people. And that’s that.

Finally a motive I can respect...  "Murderers are harmful to society." It sounds obvious, but the point still stands. I wouldn't pull for killing someone who's already imprisoned, but if killing a murderer is the only way to stop them (i.e. police not arriving in time for example), then so be it.  "Punishment" isn't really the case in this area.

Though I'm still left asking whether the word "murder" is being used in its legal sense or its lay sense.

True, but imprisonment still removes that risk from society.
