Would anybody happen to know of a good writing job that pays well and requires a college degree, etc.? I'm looking around for good colleges and jobs in my home state (even though I'm a freshman :P), and even though I've researched and researched, I can't find a great writing career. So...a little help please? |

From what I've seen, unless you make it big, writers in general aren't very wealthy. _________________ To win against an opponent stronger than yourself, you must not be weaker than that opponent. - Takamachi Nanoha |

| I know. I was thinking maybe I could work for a magazine or newspaper. I just don't know what kinds of people run a newspaper and what they do. |

If you're going into journalism, you'd probable need a journalism degree, at the very least. Try getting a job as a writer/editor for the college newspaper to get some experience with that, try getting an internship with the local newspaper to get your foot in the door, or try contacting the publishers of magazines you're interested in to see what skills you'd need to work for them. _________________ To win against an opponent stronger than yourself, you must not be weaker than that opponent. - Takamachi Nanoha |
