Well this has been one of my most kept secret out of all of my dreams but I decided after a few years I guess I could share it with others. Through all the dreams of flying I had often ran into an obstacle or an object, powerlines always seemed in the way and if I were to get past them it was freedom beyond them. This dream however was quite different, instead it was dark, not like in evil but it was night and it felt as if I was laying down on the carpet in the living room of my house, there was a great weight against me, not crushing though more like as if something was laying against me and not in a sexual way. I remember reaching up and stroking the neck of a dragon, its scales and its warmth against my hand all extremely vivid in detail as it then turned its head and looked me in the eyes and rather aggressively, but gently pressed its muzzle against my mouth. I could feel her, the tips of her teeth in what one would explain as a passionate kiss. Though as much as I did not want this sacred connection to break the dream faltered and faded away.  I was utterely heartbroken and woke during the middle of the night as it seemed to turn out that the following day was a crappy one at school. To this day I will probably never seek a woman in marrage as I am torn between the thought of possibly waiting for this dragon to return. Dragons are foremost, next in line to my Christianity and I am often riddiculed for believing in them, people asking questions about them just to make fun as I have become completely cold to any who ask me about dragons out in public, especially when I can read their face and determine the result. |

I understand the frustration. At least I was smart enough though to keep those thoughts hidden from public, this forum is ok to put them and the only place I actually feel safe doing so, but it might help to keep them more reserved. I do get very agitated when somebody starts talking about dragons because most of the time they have no clue what they are talking about and I find it such an insult.
As for the dream, I envy you, and everybody else here that has had such vivid dreams. Everything is such a blur to me in my dreams and it feels like I have no connection to anything. I too don't think that I will ever be able to marry a woman of this world because I feel so strongly about dragons and the fact that I believe I was once one myself. Unless of course we somehow meet one day and we somehow discover that we both have the same beliefs, but the odds are a billion to one.

You'd change your mind if you ever stumbled across someone whose personality happened to fit with yours perfectly. I can say from firsthand knowledge when you fall in love with someone (and it could all start completely by accident), EVERYTHING else becomes completely trivial by comparison.

| I second that. I fell truly head-over-heels in love on accident... and while engaged to someone else because I hadn't known before that I could feel love for someone as intensely as I do now. He's completely, wonderfully, normally human and I wouldn't have it any other way. |

Well if it works for ya thats great and who knows, I just might find the "one" person, be it dragon or human. I just hope that if she's human that she will understand who and what I am. I just have learned through my experiences that most women don't like it when they're dating a so called "nutcase".

This would explain why SANE people have never really been close to me.

Yeah normal people creep me out. You never know when they are going to just snap and lose it. Normal people just cannot handle a stressful situation.
I once new a girl who had the christanity pole wedged so far. I could'nt stand it. The second my room mate told her about my lore to dragons she starts barking at me saying she feels sorry for me because I won't get in to heaven. How many people do you think are in heaven. Over a billion. That seems a bit to croawded for my taste. I have no problem with christans or other followers of faiths. Just don't push it on me cause I don't care.

Pretty much the same thing happened to me.
And what is it with these high & mighty religious people that think they can push their religion onto other people. I had a priest once try to lock me into confession and beg the "lord" to cleanse my soul of this some evil being. I think I would be able to tell if my inner being was evil. And on the heaven thing, I'll believe it when I see it because there are just too many possibilities on what happens when you die that I'm just going to wait till it happens and live my life the best that I can.
