It is kind of very traditional Chinese dance that Chinese people believe it can bring them good luck by playing it. You may understand what I mean by seeing the pictures from the following page:

I've participated in a few myself, though I much prefer the lion.
And for pictures, you're better off sending people to the Wikipedia entry than to a commercial site.
