I have thought of what you said Syrobe, now that you mention it, I do wish for the panther to be free and now you have changed my mind at this junction. Sure I love panthers and such, I also have a feeling that panthers have known me since birth, so... I dunno. I just feel like I should be living among them.
Sorry if this sounds weird to anyone but I feel like I should have been born a panthers not a human. _________________ forever shall i be a dragon friend even though i have not met one. forever let the dragons live free |

No, that does not sound weird (at least it does not sound weird to me).
Be glad you feel the bond, that already is unique. You could explore your mind on that topic or you could try and explain the feeling for youself (with reason and with feel) so get to know yourself better. _________________ - power is gained through wisdom - |

| I agree with Syrobe, that doesn't sound weird at all to me. I know a lot of people who think that it would have been best if they were born a [insert animal here]. Maybe you should take a closer look at therianthropy, maybe you can find some information in that direction. ^^ |

It's funny that you mentioned that harry, because just the other day a friend of mine told me how he's felt a connection with bears ever since he was little. And that he always thought he should have been born a bear as well. _________________ Human beings, by changing the inner attitudes of their minds, can change the outer aspects of their lives. |

Sometimes I really wonder if we could somehow change into something else with all this technology we have today is somehow retarding that effect to us. For instance we rely on technology for purposes that I use like the internet… do you think that with all this technology that the ancient teachings are becoming forgotten somehow to transform into another animal? For me for instance, I feel a very strong connection to panthers and I have a strong conclusion that they too have a strong connection to me, but we are separated with a 4 inch plane of reinforced glass, so he or she could not smell me, hear me, or even touch me. It’s like a psychic bond between us at the zoo. I don’t know how else to explain it.
I should have been born a panther but instead I got a human body. Sometimes I really wished I worked as a zoo keeper for panthers and I could actually get to know the animals better without a plane of glass, but behind bars and maybe if I am lucky to play with them. _________________ forever shall i be a dragon friend even though i have not met one. forever let the dragons live free |

Wait, did I ask about gene reassignment yet???
Is it even possible to have gene reassignment to match something else? _________________ forever shall i be a dragon friend even though i have not met one. forever let the dragons live free |

| Ok here is something I have been dying to ask, how would you keep a black panther happy and you satisfied as well? I mean if I get enough money when I retire I will buy myself a panther cub. I love them little cute little balls of fur, I know the dangers when they grow up and all, but the love out weighs the risks. |
Correct me if I'm wrong, but isn't that illegal in most places? |
No it is not illegal in most places, but there are some legal requirements that first be met,. In most places this consists of 1) a permit and 2) sufficent means, and space to provide the amimal with what they need. keeping almost any member of the Panthera famly (lions tigers lepoards and jaguars) in an apartment could be seen as animal abuse as most such places are too small to provide such an animal with aquadte space to excrsize, moreever walking one in public could have it's own problems.....
Many exotic pets wind up being confiscated to animal rehab centers and preserves, with muscle or other heath related problems stemming from lack of proper feeding, and or lack of space. If you want to live around such creatures an help them help out those that need it by working at or starting up your own animal rehab center and preserve.... and please please take the time to educate yourself. _________________ say hello! at zahz's keep;P |
