a dream unknown

I hate to admit it but I need some help in a dream I had the other day.

Ok... I was in a large place that was like an ice hotel but it was more rugged than the normal, the natural state of cracks in the ice. The ice was like a tunnel and I met a blue dragon, I think we talked but that was beyond the point. If we did talk I couldn't understand what the dragon was saying.

Western type dragon with lizard body, and bat like wings, slitted blue eyes, and the scales matched the surroundings around her. I think it was a her by the feelings and surroundings around me. Anyhow, I got one word from the conversation from her... "quriel" I don't understand what it means nor do I know the origins, so I am asking anyone who can help me for this part of the dream. Please and thank you.

Because i can analyse or help, firstly (Might be a slight bit of a silly question), do you believe that you are otherkin?

Or maybe, before i go into that, maybe it could be the 'female' dragon's name? Or another's name?

I don't know if I can glean anything from this... although your interpretation is always the most important.
This sounds like some of the dreams I used to have. Very minimal detail...

Names mean a lot to me. If Quriel is a name, then it is probably important in some way. I heard names in my dreams, as well. I keep them all in memory.

to answer your question icedheart... i do believe i am a otherkin by the natural understanding of the elements around me. no teacher or helpers to assist me in this kind of info. of the elements. the name was spoken like a whisper so i couldn't really tell if it was a feminime voice or a masculin voice. my guess is that i have had been there before because i knew my way around the ice crevices.

what is more intresting is that when the dragon spoke my name i actually stepped back like it was a threat but not in a dangerous or warning way.... i guess you could call it a surprise word.

my best guess to what the dragons gender was... it had a soft arura around the dragon but it was very welcoming and gentle like... but there was a true authority and i think i loved the dragon... the way it seems strange but i knew that i knew that dragon from some were but i didn't know were.

Is it possible that perhaps you knew this dragon in a past life? That would explain why you felt like you knew her.

I know you couldn't understand the words being spoken, but could you understand the basic feelings of the conversation? That might be helpful.

The conversation wasn't very long, just long enough to say the name... I didn't get any feelings in the process.

ok... if i knew the dragon from a past life... then how am i able to look into my past lifes?

Honestly, I don't know.. I don't know what connects people to their past lives. It could be that a soul carries some powerful memories from a past life, which can only surface during meditation, or dreams. Sometimes it's nothing more then a feeling, but sometimes images or words remain.
At least, that's what I think.
