In a literal sense, anything which adds to or subtracts from any given belief in the society.
However, given that there's no single monolithic "dragon society", and any given individual that you find online will have their own beliefs, a more practical answer to that question would be "nothing."

In the "dragon society" I was in waaaaay back in time, I was a heretic straight from birth, simply for looking different from the others. You can probably imagine how they reacted to discovering that I actually had some independent thought. 
Overall in ANY society it would depend on the nature of leadership, what kind of person is in charge, what beliefs are commonplace, and how fearful the members of a certain society are.
