The Antichrist Is he Real?

If this is in the wrong place I appologies.

Do you believe that the Antichrist is amongst us. What will you do when it happens? If it happens? Here is the story for those who don't know of it.
It is said he will appear as a political figure, he would come as a man of right but in reality lead all astray and at some point during his reign he would wage a war that would be the begining of WWIII. That's as far as I know. The next part I don't like reading but this is an actual quote from the book of revelation Verse 13

A little something to consider: the majority of people in the world who are not Christian don't even believe in the eventual coming of an Antichrist, much less the chance that it might already exist.

Second, there have been people in every generation who were convinced that they were living in the endtimes. They've always been wrong, and that's the problem with vague prophesy. It can always be reinterpreted in such a way to make it applicable to whatever time period and whatever situations the reader wants.

So no, I don't think there was, is, or will be anyone like that.

It should also be noted that that part of revelations may actually be referring to China. I may be wrong but I think when that bit of the Book was written, people were still very much afraid of the power of China.
Of course, China DOES have that kind of power nowadays, so... y'never know.
The chimera/beast it mentions, I dunno. But I suspect the furries myself. Blame them if it all goes wrong.

The entire book of Revelation struck me as nothing more than roleplay and I don't take future prophecies with quite the amount of sternness that I do about explanations of the past.

Ya I do think the Antichrist exists or soon shall. How else would you explain all the references through out history? Ever heard of the Bible code and the oracle at Delphi how about Nostradamus all three of them prophesize the Antichrist so ya I do believe.

Revelations always struck me as either a nightmare, reference to pompeii, or my favorite pet theory, a drug-trip gone wrong.

My catholic highschool teachers for religion hated me.

But no, no antichrist. There is no absolute Good and Evil.

I did a google search on ''what is the antichrist?" and had a hilarious evening so.... I suppose he is amongst us, since so many claim to know who he is (*sarcastic grin* ).
