This is all very intriguing, but even if he is now among us, what are we going to be able to do about it? The way I see it, if it happens it happens and theres nothing that can be done (to my current knowledge), and if it doesn't, thats great.

((yes, quote from a film x3 but I agree with it))

I don't believe in an anti christ, and i don't believe there ever will be one. There are many people i would refer to as evil, but like i said, not all people may agree. Matter of opinon.

The antichrist: if it isn't me, it doesn't exist and won't exist. I am not a Christian. I denounce Christianity completely. If others believe in it, that's fine; good for you. I do not. As for why, that's an entirely different topic that I won't get into.

Now, on the matter of evil, the first topic that surrounds the antichrist. It is, if I am not mistaken--I haven't read Revelations in its entirety in a long time--stated that the antichrist will create peace across the world and generally seem to be a good person at first. Then, again I'm uncertain and vague on this, he will somehow reveal his true colors and... um... bad things will happen, I assume. That's probably when the suffering in Revelations starts. Bear with me, I know I'm being very vague, as I said I haven't read it recently. Now then, as for evil... well, evil is best put this way. Nobody thinks they're evil. Nobody honestly would describe themselves as evil deep down. That's the jurisdiction of others: others are evil, others can be truly evil, but not me. I make mistakes, yeah, everybody does. But I don't [insert either a horrific act, or a statement about morality]. That's how people think; that's how they are. Even I don't identify as evil or horrible. Deep down, I honestly believe that I'm in the right. It's just that on others' scales I AM evil. The antichrist, however, has to both be truly evil--which I suppose we are rating on the scale that's granted us by the Bible--and to know that he is truly evil. He cannot have good intentions and be pursuing them incorrectly. He must truly and honestly desire the downfall of man. He has to believe in God but reject him completely. And he has to be intelligent, because he's supposedly manipulative.

But for one thing, I don't believe that any human can logically meet all those traits. Even I don't, because while I fit the bill of being evil by Christian standards, I think those standards are incorrect and I am not evil. I am intelligent, but I simply don't believe in God rather than rejecting someone that I believe exists and is omnipotent. These traits appear to be contradictory when you look at them like that: if you are evil, you don't believe that you are. If you believe you are, you probably are not, otherwise why would you think you were evil, and then remain evil? If you believe in God, why reject him? If you don't believe in God, you can't be the antichrist because you wouldn't be evil if you tried to convince people to reject God then. After all, you'd have their best interests at heart in that case, rather than their downfall.

I personally think this logic pretty much rules out the existence of an antichrist at any point in time. Aside from that, the end of the world will be in approximately five billion years, at which point everything that was ever a human will likely be nothing but atoms somewhere in the universe. The sun will eat our planet as it expands, and the world will be over. The universe won't, though. I don't have any idea when the UNIVERSE will be over. But I don't believe it will end because of supernatural intervention; nor do I believe the world will. Perhaps civilization will die out because of God/gods, but if so it will most likely be a result of human actions taken on their behalf. Again, my personal belief.

Okay, first, let's assume that God and Satan exist, okay? So God is referred to as the Good God in the Bible, so let's also assume that that is true. And God did not create evil, therefore it does not exist. However, we, the human race that is, embraced evil when Adam and Eve chose independence from God. So we embraced something that doesn't exist when we turned away from the only real thing. Now to understand the basis of this all, we must turn to a statement made by Albert Einstein. First, before the quote, I want to say that Sin and Evil are the exact same thing, even in the Webster dictionary. Now! On with the quote. "Darkness does not exist. If you look at a prism when light is shining on it, you will find that there is no black in that spectrum of colors. So darkness, as I said before, does not exist, it is only created by the absence of light. Just as it is with Sin. Sin does not exist, because you can look at God and see that there is no sin within Him, there is only Goodness and Light. So just as darkness is the absence of light, Sin is the absence of God." ( Now this is not an exact quote, but it's pretty close. I just messed up on a couple of small parts. And yes, this all has to do with the antichrist, don't worry.)

Now that we have established that Good exists and evil does not, we can move on to the next part of this. So, yes. The antichrist MUST have the knowledge that God exists. They just choose to exclude God from their lives. Which is yes, as hard as it seems to be able to believe is possible. I mean, Satan did it, right? He was once the most powerful Angel in God's courts, Lucifer. But he became jealous of God, and attempted to rebel, with one third of the host of heaven backing him. However, Lucifer was struck down, and became Satan (Literally meaning: the Adversary) God's sworn enemy in all that God does. So after man was created, Satan tempted Adam and Eve, to eat the forbidden fruit, that God had told them specifically not to eat. Thus, Man embraced sin.

Now, fast forward about 25,000 years, and Jesus was born.(Yes He exists) Now fast forward another 36 years, and Jesus sacrificed Himself for our sins, so that we could go to heaven (And no, don't think 'Oh! Saved once and I can back to living is sin!' because that's not how it works.) and he could expunge us of our sin whenever we committed it. Now fast forward ANOTHER 34 years, and then we have John, exiled to a tiny, uninhabited island, and an Angel visits him and gives him a vision. This vision is now known as 'The Revelation of Jesus Christ'. In this vision, the happenings of the future are revealed, and so is the Beast. Also known as the antichrist. Then, at the end of the Revelation, Jesus tells John that he is returning quickly. However, in the courts of heaven, and I quote: 'The blink of an eye is as a day, and a day is as a thousand years.'

So, it's been two days up there in heaven. So for them, this IS quickly. Now let me wrap this up here, and just say, that actually, ALL religions that have a God and a Messiah, have some version of the antichrist. And in one of them (Muslim) It is believed that THEY are the ones that shall bring back the antichrist. So let's see here... Two of the most widely believed religions in the world say that there IS an antichrist, and yet, you want more proof.

Now this is WAY of topic, but this is me just saying, Even Atheism is a religion. They just don't believe it is. Wicca believe in the 'god and the goddess. Just as the Satanists believe in the god of the wind and fire (Satan) And the goddess of the earth and nature (Jezebel). And also, in all the other religions with a Messiah and a god, none dare say that they are God. Only Jesus did that, and he knew he was telling the truth.

Of course, with the amount of assuming done up front, the simplest rejection of the entire post is: "I don't agree with your assumptions." Anyway, let's take a look at what's here...

Tentar wrote:

Isaiah 45:7, KJV: “I form the light, and create darkness: I make peace, and create evil: I the LORD do all these things.”
Premise refuted. The rest of the argument collapses.

Quote:

Which brings the whole "collective punishment" thing into question. Because some supposed person did something thousands of years ago, it's still our fault?

Quote:
"Darkness does not exist. If you look at a prism when light is shining on it, you will find that there is no black in that spectrum of colors. So darkness, as I said before, does not exist, it is only created by the absence of light.

So, if we put you in a room and turn off the light, the dark doesn't exist? Darkness, defined as being without light, doesn't exist? There is no such thing as a lack of light? That's the only possible way to take that, and again, it's obviously false.

Quote:
Just as it is with Sin. Sin does not exist, because you can look at God and see that there is no sin within Him, there is only Goodness and Light.

Assuming that the god of the Bible exists... disease. War. Famine. The murder of at least tens of thousands in the flood. Annihilation of cities. Murder of the Egyptian firstborn. These are not the acts of a benevolent deity. So I reject this premise as well.

Quote:

Find me that passage.

Matthew 16:28: "Verily I say unto you, There be some standing here, which shall not taste of death, till they see the Son of man coming in his kingdom."
So there are either 2000 year old people walking around, or... not.

Quote:

False. Buddhism, technically has no gods. Spirits, the Buddha, who escape the cycle of reincarnation... but they're technically not gods. Of course, it also depends on how you want to define "god", a rather problematic task to begin with...

Quote:

Argumentum ad populum fallacy. Automatic rejection.

Quote:
Even Atheism is a religion.

Atheism is a religion in the same way that theism is. It isn't. A religion can be atheistic, or theistic, but it's not a religion.

Quote:
And also, in all the other religions with a Messiah and a god, none dare say that they are God. Only Jesus did that, and he knew he was telling the truth.

...Huh? No religion has a god that says it's a god? Or a messiah that says it's a god? If the former, it makes no sense at all, if the latter... well, since "messiah" means "anointed one", and that's a tradition unique to Judaism/Christianity/Islam...you've got a pretty small pool to compare to.

Expanding outward, to pick a simple example, the avatar in Hinduism are human incarnations of deities.

I was raised by religious parents that claim Chrisitanity. I was soaked in Christian beliefs and taught to become a leader in the Christian church. I have had many really good teachers and leaders.

My teachers taught me how to read the words. How to cypher the knowledge out the writings. And how to interpret their meanings.

My leaders taught me how to apply the knowledge to my life. Not just for the benefit of my life, but, more importantly, for those that I might lead.

And I was good at it.

The word christian means to be Christ like. To imitate the life of Christ. To follow his example. Why?

To be closer to the heart of God. Why do we need him to be closer our creator?

Because He created us in his image to be the closest being to his like.

Up until man the angles, that were there in the beginning, were that close. They were there before man and now man was going to take their place next to God.

There are three types of angles metioned in the bible. And each of the groups had a different mission to carry out.

The archangel Michael and his boys were God's will. They performed the keeping of the will of God for mankind.
The archangel Gabriel and his boys were the voice of God. They were the ones that talked to man kind and proclaimed the gospel of God.
Then there was Lucifer and his boys. Now Lucifer is described at this time as the morningstar. The most beautiful thing that God created. And he had the most beautiful voice with which to praise and honor the creator with.
That was their role in heaven. The praise and worship team. They were constantly by the side of God. And God was about to give him second chair to man. Not only him! But all of the angels.

Lucifer said no way, and rebelled against that idea. Lucifer's band of angels fought against Gabriel's and Michael's armies of angels. And they lost and expelled from heaven.

To where? To roam the Earth that God was creating for man.
Now Lucifer had the ear of mankind. He could corrupt God's love! He could now come between God and man. And this is where sin enters into the heart of man and the story goes on. You can read it for yourself if you wish. I am not going to bore you with the details.

Enter Christ. He is God embodied in man. His life was lived so that man could see how they could live without sinning and mankind could be restored the the side of God. His death was to release the Holy Spirit of God onto the Earth to encourage man to the belief that He was still with them and wanted man by His side. And to become the blood sacrifice that God required of man to show his loyalty and love of God. Once and for all of eternity.

Lucifer and his boys had roam of the earth and could disrupt this reunion by talking to man's nature. Giving him over to his own lust and imaginations. So that he was no more focused on God's love. So that mankind would have a choice to make. To follow God, or to following the whispers of Lucifer's beautiful voice away for God.

You either follow the Christ and his example, because that is the only way to be seated next to God the Creator. Or you are anti-Christ!

It is my belief as well as a significant number of others that the anti-christ isn't a human being at all. It is the seed of an idea that is whispered into the ear of humans by those that were on Earth before us.

Lucifer and his boys!

Christianity is just like all of the other religions of the world. No greater in it's teachings than any other. Only greater in it's numbers of members to the club. All religions are about making a choice to live life according to their rules which will take you to someplace better than this.

And the whisper is this......
How can any of us be sure enough to follow all of the rules! Not one of us is the Christ. It's is a failed mission from the beginning. So live it up while you are here. Because he put you here to rule! This is your time. You make the choice. You rule your life not Him and not me. This is why he gave you free will.
He gave us free will too. But when I exercised that will, I was cast out of Heaven away from Him.

Americans wrote in their constitution that , all men have the unalienable to the freedom of choice. And gave birth to the greatest nation on Earth. Where everyone can come and are given the freedom of choice. And men and women around the globe die daily to protect this freedom that is every man's God given right.

And didn't they rebel against the Church of England?
Makes you think don't it.

This is not meant to sway you one way or the other. Or to offend anybody's beliefs. You have your freedom of choice. Which I fought in a war overseas to extend to a nation that was about to be over run and forced into a choice that was not their own.

I just wish to tell the story of what I believe the Anti-Christ to be. That is all.
If I have offended anyone I am sorry.
I got started and it all just poured out!

Thanks for listening
