This year is my first year of highschool and I am 16. Can anyone tell me how highschool will be?
I am going to a tech school so I can learn a trade.

Oh wow... I went into freshman year at 14.
Well, I hated high school. I was never picked on, or the subject of any cruelty, but I thoroughly dislike the people there. College is more my style.

I just transfered to a new school, but I can give you a general idea of freshman year;
-Listen to your teachers, and do what they say, even if you despise them.
-Do you homework. (almost) No excuses; get it done.
-Join at least one club or extracuricular activity. You'll make friends, learn something new, and it will look good on college applications, if you plan to go. (Which you should. There's lots more money to make if you go.)
-Meet at least one new person. Learn from them. Everyone has something for you to learn.
-Have fun. I hear high school can be some of the best years of your life. |

Sad to say, but I actually miss high school... But I can say this, enjoy it while you can, 'cause college and adulthood are around the corner.
