Since my idea hasn't been posted yet I figure I might as well do it myself. Here's a topic that might stir up some posts, hopefully more. lol
Here goes:
So far from what you can remember of your days as a Dragon or Dragoness, what foods and or drinks do you remember liking, and how many of those likes and loves of your chosen foods and drinks from back in the day stuck with you in this lifetime?
I hope I didn't confuse anyone with that question. For me, I remember enjoying red berries. I forgot their Dragon, Elven, and other names by other species from back in the day, but the red berries from what I can remember are what humans call raspberry and cranberry. I remember pulling some off of trees, and bushes and popping and snapping them in mid air. Usually I got a wee bit messy since I liked them too much. lol I remember scaring humans because it'd look like I just ate one or more humans, and or animals and it's or their blood streaming from the sides of my muzzle. I'm pretty sure I'm not the only Dragon here that used to go overboard with one's love or like for one or more food and or drink items.
Have fun and take care. |

Wow, let's see... there were fish, and boars, and deer, and bandits, and fish, and more deer, and more bandits, and.... did I already say fish? I did say fish didn't I? _________________ The statement below this one is false.

I used to really enjoy fox...and if I could find it, wine.
I also had a thing for trying food that humans made...It fascinated me how they were able to make such flavorful meals on such a daily basis. I could not for the life of me figure out haw they did it. I found a dragon-friendly village one day and they were holding a celebration, I am not sure but I think it was the summer solstice, but there was so much food there! That was a good day for me. _________________ you better watch it,

| Well, I'm not even sure whether or not I lived on earth, but I think I really liked something that resembled a deer. Could be that I also liked fish, I really like fish... |

Well aged meat. And by that I mean going green, maggots gave up, turning to sludge rotten.
To us, it was like the finest delicasy... Especially since it was so rare. Scavangers were rife where I used to live >.=.<
Big plains-beasts, of course, were preffered normal prey. By any standards my species are BIG, but these things dwarfed up. The closest analogue I can think of is Komodo dragons taking down a water-buffalo.
used the same mechanism too, a nice diseased bite, then scurry/fly off to wait for the beast to succumb. With a few days of sunlight, and the necrotising bacterias, the massive corses became a feast for a whole tribe! |

Interestingly enough, most meat products consumed by humans on a daily basis have been dead for, in many cases, weeks.
Months even.
I actually have a tin of beef somewhere that is older than i am. it will still be edible long after I am dead too.
Humans have remarkable ways of persuading themselves that carrion is fresh and healthy. _________________ Prey, tell... |
