What powers do you have?

-.- No I'm partly dyslexic, so leave me alone. What I meant, if I could, all I can do myself is do sit ups on my shoulder blades. I can also pop my fingers out my self.

I guess for being stuck in this human form heres what I would consider powers or abilities beyond a normal human's limitations. Some of which I found to be rather embarassing at times but since I've come to peace at what I am, it doesn't bother me too much anymore.

-A constant hightened awareness of my suroundings, somewhat like peripheral vision only without the vision.
-A constant awareness of the dearly departed or other spirits around me, get annoying at times but non of which have shown hostility yet.
-Slight telepathy, I can't read minds or dwell into a persons thought but I can predict their actions and what they're about to say at times.
-When I get angry, I'll sometimes hiss between my teeth, and when the problem persists, I've found myself growling.
-I seem to inhale my food a lot, don't know what thats supposed to mean but maybe its how I uesed to break down bones and stuff, down the flame shute and then down the stomach.
-I seem to have massive amounts of physical strength, I'm not buff or anything but I can lift more than half the people at school that lift weights and they're more than 100lbs more than me.
-I skateboard and BMX A-LOT! and when I get air everything seems to go in slowmo and I feel as if I could just take off for a moment before I land. Its depressing to land so I try to get higher to get that feeling of flying longer.
-I can jump over 5' high off of flat ground and I am 6'2".
-Extremely good eye-sight. I scored %125 on my last eye exam because I can make out minute details of things far away that would normally be a blur to normal people.
-Extremely good swimmer, I don't tire easily from it and can tread water forever it seems.
-When I feel at the peak of my draconity, my eyes change color to gold. When I feel normal, as in when I don't feel my inner dragon too well, my eyes are usually green. Silver shows up every-once-in-a-while to.
-Extremely good perception of time, by that I mean just by judging the position of the sun I can guess the time within 15-5 minutes
-Extremely good night sight.
-Beyond an extremely high tolerance for pain.
-Great sense of smell.
-I've jumped from the roof of my house (15') and landed on all fours, it was weird but I was unscathed.
-I don't seem to get many injuries, just this year I fell 6' on my bike, handle bars went straight to the ribs and I slammed my head hard enough to shatter it and I cam away unscathed.

These are some of the things that I've been noticing that set me apart from humans.

i can alter reality but i am not invinsible. you could call it phycic powers. it can include teleporting transformation time altering and invisibility. i can redirect energy and send waves of power.my powers dont hold up forever so I cant just freeze thime and kill an army without a scratch. I can also change colors due to my feelings. I have abilities like the kind of phycics you see in those reality TV shows. i can also change the terrain around me.

Dark is right. After about 300 ignorant/naive kids come through the forums, we tend to just sigh and roll our eyes rather than call them out on their beliefs. It's pointless. No one person can make another change their mind... they must change of their own volition.

Heh... I was about to say that the oddities about my human shell are similar to Galadreil's, but I realised there's just one that really is the same. The bit about the strength; it's not that I don't work out or don't look strong, it's that people get surprised when I'm capable of lifting the same weight as someone who looks a lot stronger than I do. On to the neat things about me. :3

I have an officially tested IQ of 140, and if I were to take the test at the same place (the tests wouldn't be the same, however), I could probably score higher. This places me in the top... something like the top one percent of all humanity. To put that into scale, the average American IQ is actually 98. Yep. The answer to life, the universe, and everything is actually the difference between my IQ and the average American IQ.

I have little to no conscience. Don't know if this is really a "power" as such, but it definitely comes in handy. I have no problem blaming any random person off the street for something I did, as long as I can get away with it. Sure, there are people I wouldn't hurt if I could, and that I would protect (notably, I wouldn't risk my life for them or for anyone), but that's because they're entertaining to me. It's the same way you'd protect your possessions.

In the realm of mental skills, I can solve a Rubik's Cube and also make some of the more interesting permutations. The Rubik's Flower, for instance, I learned myself. Then there's another type that I haven't found elsewhere, in which you get two "L" shapes around each center. And so on and so forth. :P

I tire quickly. As in, as strong as I am or as fast as I am (and I don't practice running all that often, so I'm not that fast), I have absolutely no stamina and tire quickly. What I think might be the cause, combining this with my propensity to be stronger than it would appear, is that I am capable of using more of my muscle fibers at once than other people. The result is that I go strong for a little while, stronger than you'd guess looking at my narrow arms, then slow down because I'm running out of energy for those muscle fibers and I haven't got enough muscle fibers that can still move. *shrugs*

I can growl. :3 I can't purr, but I can growl. And I often do, combining it with my slightly above average height to intimidate people. I know a lot about the social mentality of humankind, and I'm learning more every day I come into contact with them. So I'm capable of manipulating my posture, my expression, and my vocalization to accomplish a task. Which is often getting people to go away.

As far as psychics, I'm a terrible clairvoyant. So don't ask me to walk around with my eyes closed or to find someone on the otherside of the world. But I have changed the probability outcome of electronic coinflips in my graphing calculator. Before you say anything about how it was a fluke, this started at around two hundred coin flips--certainly not likely at that point--and kept up as long as I had the program running, which was for around two thousand five hundred coin flips. I got the number of times heads flipped about twice what the turnout from tails was. That's not a small result, that's an obvious manipulation. And this is over two thousand coin flips, so the odds of it happening by chance are extremely low.

On the same note as above, I have multiple "contacts" in the other plane of existence that I believe in. And it was actually just last night that I had one of these contacts visit the home of a certain member on here while we were talking. After having asked many questions, the member came to the conclusion that I was, in fact, correct about much of what my contact claimed to profess. I live on the other side of the nation. We did get her clothing wrong, but we nailed most of the other stuff. If you want proof that this happened, PM me and I'll give you the name of the member, who will likely confirm this for me.

Unrelated to the above, I'm an excellent test taker, to the point that I enjoy them. In fact, I always used to get excited when finals rolled around. It made me happy that other people were squirming when the test was actually really fun. I suspect that in college I'll be a bit more challenged by the tests. And, by the way, on the STAR testing in California, I scored Advanced in everything and even got ALL the questions right on the Life Science section. On the CHSPE, I missed twelve out of one hundred eighty-two questions. Six of the questions I missed were math, four were in the language subtest, and only two in the biggest section: reeading. Also, I got full marks on my essay, which went so far as to openly call the school board idiots. I wrote well, I guess, so they can't complain.

And my face is structured very much like that of a neandarthal. I don't see why this isn't a good thing in the eyes of some people. I like the prominent eyebrows, somewhat deep eyes, strong chin and unusually large nose. It makes me look... serious. I like that.

Oh, and I have the amusing ability of being able to take a skill, like pushing someone away or splashing water or something, and sandbox with it (you know, try different ways of doing it) and optimize the technique for various situations. It's actually useful, and good to know that I can shove someone out of my way without needing to use... well, without needing any force at all, really.

And last that I can think of right now, as soon as I pick up anything that can be used as some kind of weapon, I know instinctively how to use it. This makes training with wooden swords difficult, though, because my mind decides they're long curved sticks, and adjusts my technique thus. But I suppose it's helpful, since if I pick something up like, say... a candy cane. I instantly know how to hold it, and to jab with the end to pressure points, like a yawara.
