Don't forget to gather all the stones you have like. Amethysts and such.
Place them in a bowl so they can gain the moons energy on thursday of this week.

Why? Seems to me this is some kind of Wiccan ritual, am I right? You could explain it a bit more to us...

What bowl? Where to put the stones? Outside? Should they be clean? What sort of energy will be collected?

This is a Wiccan ritual. The idea is to take the stones and put them in any bowl. Then place it on the windowcill to gain energy from the moons energy.
The stones I am talking about are those smooth textered stones. I don't think they have to be clean. I'm not a wiccan, I am just trying it to see what will happen. Probably nothing just like to try something new is all.
