You better be careful about that, it's very easy to get a number of diseases or parasites from eating raw meat (besides fish where mercury is the only concern). Tapeworms, hookworms, Salmonella, nasty stuff to get.
On a side note of that, chalk up another reason to consider otherkinism if you've such a craving. I've had it on occasion and when I do I get salami or jerky or some type of cold meat that's generally safe uncooked.

Lol I know all about parasites, I had a grossology book when I was a kid.
I was reffering to the rare meat when someone asks how well you want your meat done, and I love it, the way how the juices are still in it and the toughness of the meat feels just right, taking some effort to pull apart but just to the extent of it being fun. Anything above that has no flavor to me, but sadly I ussually get my meat well done because it's habit and my folks are normally with me :\
I also used to steal frozen chicken nuggets etc out of the freezer but that's an entirely different subject.

I guess as long as you were in a restaurant and they knew how to prepare raw meat it would be safe. Like Galadreil said, store bought raw meat could have parasites in it. I have had a craving for raw meat occasionally. 
You might be a dragon if cows look tasty to you, raw.
