Exactly.
So, taken the lack of evidence for the existence of dragons on this planet at least...
WHY do you assume that fire and black streak = human that can turn into dragon? Why that conclusion? Why not a fae? why not a spirit? Why not a hallucination?
I am not going to automatically believe anything like you are claiming because my brain is still attached. You have yet to suggest something that will at least make me go "hunh..." about the whole thing. Instead, as I try to clarify WHY you came to this belief, so that maybe I can have that moment of "hunh", you throw a tantrum instead of useful information. Make me think. Make me have a reason to consider what you are saying.
And I'm a Ms. Skeptic,*grins*. |

Because none of us are just going to believe everything we're told. If things that are being presented as "real" don't make sense, why shouldn't we be skeptical?
And what do you mean by "just for fun"? As in, you were just making things up to see if we'd buy it? If that's it, then that's more than enough reason to ruin the fun.

| We take our beliefs fair seriously even as we acknowledge the potential absurdity. I do not find otherkin to be 'fun'. Finding out information about others and their beliefs is not 'fun'. It is interesting, fascinating, potentially thought provoking. We are here to share... and to learn from what is shared. You offer us nothing to learn, and when we try to find something to learn, you throw a fit. This is not how forums work. This is not how the real world works either. |

Dracomancers are actually elves that have... sort of... FUSED with dragons... They look like elves but can gain the power to shift their hands into claws and for the more advanced, grow wings. They've become the dragon, so in a sense, they're both.
So to wrap up... Elf --> Dragon = Dracomancer.

Why all the hostility over a non-proveable matter that is solely intended to express one's views on a certain race? So what if he made them up. It is a possibility that he was one, just like its a possibility that I was once a silver dragon. Just because the idea is far fetched and he wants others to know about it doesn't imply that hes forcing it down your throats.
If he finds it fun to express his views on his origins and what he believes himself to be than so be it. For him its fun, you don't have to think of it that way if you don't want to, just let him have his fun. Its not hurting anyone and I find it rather enjoyable myself. To learn of other people's beliefs is fun for me. Anybody gonna flame me too for it?
