Well today at work was really the first time that I consciously felt my inner being speak out to me. It was weird too. I work at the North Dakota State Fair grounds and just after I got done with zamming the ice (we have a hocky rink) I went and shoveled the snow out, shut the doors, and piled the snow in the drain. Nothing special right? Now this is where it got interesting. As I was walking away, I felt something within me say "You forgot the bucket, fill it up with the hot water and melt that snow you piled up there" and I felt an edge of impacience to it. But it wasn't like I heard it at all, more like I felt it. Its really hard to explain, but I could almost understand each word that I was being told without hearing it. I guess you could relate it to wearing ear muffs and having someone behind you tell you something and you understanding it. But hey, if my sub-conscience is making this up its coming in handy either way. But I am almost certain that this is my inner being, which I also believe is dragon, finally speaking out to me. Granted it was in a more scolding manor but at least he is helping . _________________ I am trapped between heaven and hell. My wings carry me upon the winds. Above lies heaven, below hell. I've read some interesting stuff someplace (don't remember where so I can't link ) about people in general suddenly getting reminders of stuff they'd forgotten about from some other part of their minds. I particularly liked one part detailing actual voices being heard and the varied personality behind them.
Then of course there's mine. "Hey you dumb ****, go out and get the newspaper before your parents decide to dump you in the woods or something." *facepalm* _________________ The statement below this one is false.

Now I thought I was just an oddball among my family. And actually my parents have no notion of my beliefs, but my little 4 year old brother on the other hand.....
Its both funny and strange. He honestly thinks hes a dragon too, I think that has more to do with the shows my parents let him watch but still. Kind've ironic I think. The difference though is he hasn't grown to the point that hes embarrassed to show it in public, where its still cute to other parents. So when you get him mad he'll growl at you and try to slash you up with claws that he thinks he has and he'll try to breath fire on ya.
Again I think whats going on with him is more induced by the shows he watches and the toys he plays with. He also has some mental issues, like massive ADHD with impulses towards violence. So he is a little devil as well and I hope to whatever god/gods that he grows out of it or can get it under control. But in a way hes not that much different than me I guess because we both believe we're dragons and we both don't like the human race (he tends to lean more on the "destroy the world" while I lean towards "look what they have done").
I'll have to keep an eye out for this later on in his life and if he continues to show his obsessions toward dragons once hes around my sister's age, 11 or such, I'll try to introduce him to the forum. So don't let this forum down guys, 7 years may seem like a long time but it'll go by fast . _________________ I am trapped between heaven and hell. My wings carry me upon the winds. This sounds like me when I was in preschool. Then I learned to glare at the age of 6.

Hello, I exist. What do you think the weather's like in Australia right now? Why does oxygen turn the sky blue? Some people have told me I'm annoying; do YOU think I'm annoying? I'm not annoying am I? Aren't sharks cuddly? I like chocolate!

I started out feeling the former then switched to the latter as I thought more deeply on it, and a lot of others I've talked to say the same about themselves. It's probably something to grow out of in the process of figuring out what singular thing (if applicable) is responsible for everything that goes wrong. _________________ The statement below this one is false.

As some of you might have noticed, I have had some rather depressing poems and I have actually gone in depth with a couple of ya before I started them.
Well my most recent poem feels to me like a beacon of light now. There have been a few times throughout the past couple years that I had the strangest feeling that I was missing someone. Like I had been with my mate for many years and she passed away, leaving me alone with no memories (so far) and only the hunch that I once had her and now shes gone.
And I feel that she may be among us in this world, possibly in the same position I am. I only assume that as a possibility because I had one moment last year. I was in the back seat of the car riding with my parents to go to my grandparent's house, heading West when I got a moment of intense grief and it pulled my attention, like literally pulled my attention, South and I felt that she, whoever she could be, was hurt. Emotionally or physically I still cannot tell.
So I think I may have found the source to my sorrow. So I will be searching for my long lost mate. I actually feel better, like there is hope for me now. _________________ I am trapped between heaven and hell. My wings carry me upon the winds. Above lies heaven, below hell. So then what'll you do if you bump into her? Not trying to bring in a negative note here; I'm just asking because I'm not sure what I'd do myself in a situation like that one. >.< _________________ The statement below this one is false.

Honestly I don't know. I doubt I'll be able to tell I'm with her for a while. I just gotta hope for the best really. _________________ I am trapped between heaven and hell. My wings carry me upon the winds. Above lies heaven, below hell. Yet I must land in hell to soar in heaven. I am a Dragon! |
