Hey there everyone. I've been away over the past two weeks. Reason for this I got a real interesting book from my grandmother. The book was written in a language I almost didn't recognize. It was a book about the people of my world. Past events that happen after the demise of myself and Auroara. I read on to find that it is still thriving strong in prosperity. This means that I may after I am done with what I am to do here I could return to it.

I've only seen this world in my mind never once thought it still existed. Anyway I went on to read about what they believed. [Note I said what THEY believed and by they I mean the elders who wrote this book] They said that they were the once that introduced fire to mankind. They also said that man once lived one Reach, but the Elders thought it would be wise that thoughs who were reincarnated. If not on Reach that they'd forget everything they knew about Reach. They did this using the power of a stone. Auroara said the only reason we remember anything at all is because we we're supposed to.
I plan to translate this to english when I have the time. Anyhow it said with in it the same prophesy I talked about in the dragons and legend part was written. It was said that he would come again. As I read on it was really up to myself and Auroara to stop him, if not he would destroy this world and as I said bring Hell to earth. Then he would go after Reach. Now I sort of regret reading it, as what I'd hope to be just a vision may be for real. I still want to close my eyes and say it isn't true. But it is written what can I really do, I can't run, can't hide. So the only option I have is to fight.

I would like to have a copy of both the original and of the translation then if you can manage. Having both would help in learning the language anyway. And as I said a while ago, I'll do what I can to help Wink

I'm sorry to say that this sounds really far fetched to me. How did you grandmother happen upon this book? Why give it to you? Why was it here in the first place? How does it deal with the fact that mankind clearly evolved on THIS planet?

I want a large section of this text, scanned.

Shiari's put a few questions out, but I'll add a few of my own.
Where did the book come from?
If it's about another world, how did it get here?
How did your grandmother know to give it to you? And why now?
How do you know that it's current? ("...it is still thriving...")
How do you know it's not fiction?

And I'll second Shiari's request for... well, I'll settle for pictures, though scans would be better.

I'm still not quite receptive to the idea of any invading force being able to screw this world over than its own native inhabitants could. I AM however receptive to the idea of the revolutionary discovery of fire being "seeded" by a foreign intelligence, since we don't have any historical record of the event and there are already several myths around that describe the discovery being influenced by an otherworldly source.

However, lightning was also viewed as being "from the gods" and lightning sparks fires....

I don't know quite how to use a scanner the best I could do would be camera phone, and I have yet to learn how to post pictures here. So when I return to my home I snap a picture of it send it to my email and then figure out how to load it up here.

Now to answer the questions as best I can. Here goes something.
