Alright thatnks Galadreil here they are at last.

I'll translate what they say next time I'm here right now I've got to get to class.

EDIT:
The first part reads "In this life two shall rise to defeat the evil that is to come" {Note some laters count as two}

The second part reads "The one called Ayraya(Auroara's name in draconic)
and the one called Rairk (Roark in draconic)
Shall rise above the evil and bring peace amongst our world and earth.

It's all one rhyme. I split them up like this because the phone would not capture the whole thing.

The three symbols below are runes. If I figure out what each says then I myself can use them.

[btw The red on the pages are exactly what you think] So that's this.

Posts merged. ~Namhias.

That book is NOT 100 years old. I have, in fact, seen that very sketchbook in my local bookstore in the past couple months.

Old books have old covers and even older paper. I've seen some very well preserved, but still read, books from the early 1900s and they looking nothing like that. The paper is yellowed, and brittle looking. Whereas that is a modern sketchpaper book complete with modern spiral bindings.

And because that script looked really familiar, I pulled out DJ Conways ridiculous dragon magick book and lo! There it is. The script she made up based on rthe runic alphabets of many other cultures. And a great many of the symbols on your page appear to be similar, if not exact copies.

And in the first image of this writing, second line, the diamond starts off a set of 5 symbols that spells out "dragon" in DJ's script except the 'o' is different... so this is also apparently written in english.

So listen. You don't need to try and impress us. It's not a contest for "who has the most proof". We're here to support each other in a highly subjective rather than objective experience.

Okay it is a fake. But I wasn't really going to show off the real thing
on the internet, as if what if someone other then us were to see it?
The text on the bumped topic is real however. The only reason I did it was so that I kind of had something, rather then nothing. As I said I really don't care who believes me or not. All that matters is that I believe it.
So on the behalf of the site I appologize if this mislead anyone. I'm free to tell you anything about the book. However the picture I cannot provide else as I said some one else other then us might see it. The book in the pic is supposed to really give an idea as to what it looks like.
Again sorry for the false pics. puppy dog eyes

However, because you provided obviously fake pictures, and refuse to provide pictures of the "actual" book, no one is going to believe you even have the "actual" book.

The majority of people a- cannot read runes, b- don't want to deal with trying to decipher something like that, c- don't even *care* about us and our beliefs enough to even look at this site, and d- couldn't understand the original language even if they could decipher the script which, if it was a truly alien one (and what you provided is NOT).

So, there is absolutely zero danger in showing the original.

I am a major script and language buff. If you were telling the truth, which sadly now thanks to this I highly highly doubt, I would love to look at the writing and try and learn it, even if I don't know what letter equivalents are attached to them. Heck, I even created my own script to deal with shinoarnii. I know it's fake, but I love it.

I completely understand you're point of view. As I said though I am not really supposed to show anyone the real thing. Like I said though either you believe me or not. I'm not one to care for things like that. As I said in another topic I don't really reach out to people like I do here. Though I am comfortable here. I'm not comfortable with everyone seeing what I see. As what I see is still a lot to take in. I though I knew everything about the script of my people. but as it turned out there are words in there I've never heard of, words like Belnoin, and Deliogon. I know the word Bel by it self means dead. Not so much the Noin part and Del means drake. According to Auroara those simple words are titles. She has left it up to me to decipher what the rest says.

I would suggest then that you not talk of books and prophecies if you are not willing or able to back them up. Such is easily seen and interpreted as bragging, and will make others take you less seriously as well as have no desire to confide in you.

Basically, you will isolate yourself from those in the community.

Peace, guys.

Let him believe what he shall... he may be young or new to the idea of otherkin. People can be made to see what they wish to see, and the book may be very real to him, which is all that matters. When I first joined the site I was overzealous ad wildly imaginative as well. I have sobered, metaphorically speaking, since, and have matured and come to understand to link with dragonkind (which is purely spiritual).
And DragonwriterX, you should not have posted false pictures. If what you say is true, you should have just told us that you did not wish to share it. Even though people would have scoffed and accused you of having no such book, at least you would have been honest. By posting these recognizable falsities, you have just created a much more difficult position for yourself. Your words have lost validity, which is much more shameful than speaking truthfully. There is a saying that comes to mind... "Better to remain silent and be thought a fool, than to speak out and remove all doubt."
Do not be discouraged, though. It may be better not to post topics about things you do not wish to discuss, hmm? There are quite a few cynics on this site, and while we are friendly people, there are those that are quick to jump on the naive. Just hang around the boards, get to know us, and then you may step into dangerous waters once more... if you understand the logical side of things, which we all firmly defend, you'll have a better chance at civil conversation concerning things not-so-concrete... ironic, since all of us believe, to some extent, in dragons. Wink

This topic does not further contribute to the forum. DragonwriterX, you tried to mislead the members of this site. I agree with Dfangd. Please don't do it again, it won't make you look better in any way. To all the other members: It doesn't matter what DragonwriterX believes, everybody has the right to believed whatever he / she wants.
