or
Aidra (EYE-druh)
I'm almost certain one is my name.
Ooh and I found out that my mind is trapped, as if I'm inside my egg.
Any tips on how to break free mentally?

What makes you believe that we have any memories concerning your name?
About the mind being trapped thing, what do you mean? Like your memories are locked away somewhere inside your spirit, or something else?

My friend, the energy vampire, had a memory which included my name.
It was a memory of him talking to a human about killing both Migronoh and Aidra at the same time and I was wondering if maybe other dragons may have more information about myself in the same fashion.

Every one of my friends' minds were trapped by some sort of a barrier. Some a brick wall, some a castle with a chained entrance, and mine would be my egg.
There is a black veil over everything I see in my mind, so dark I have to really focus to see shapes, which makes it nearly impossible to meditate.
If I break out, I'm almost certain I will be able to learn more than I have and be able to meditate with ease, which is a great blessing to all of you who can, as without it, my life is a stressful Hell.
I understand if you don't believe me, or whatever, but please just try.

Some advice:
Don't trust "memories" that others claim to have had about you. It's too prone to being caused by imagination and expectation.
Also, with regards to the "black veil" in your mind...I think pretty much everyone has darkness inside their heads and some people just simply cannot visualise well. It can take practice. My grandmother, for example, never sees images in her head, whereas I used to be able to visualise so well that I could take over my actual vision... It was like being able to create and watch my own movies. Because I have not practiced that skill, I have since lost it. If I wanted to practice again (school was the main reason why I could visualise so strongly... nothing like boredom to spur things on) I could probably get to that stage again in a couple months. |

| We don't know any of your friends, so there's no need to specify which friend you're talking about, unless the difference really matters. So, what do you mean by energy vampire? The only definition I know is that an energy vampire is an annoying person who unintentionally makes you exhausted (by his way of speaking, body language...) after talking or hanging out with him/her, like he/she "drained away some of your energy". |

Well instead of draining blood, he drains energy.
Like, subconsciously, he slowly takes energy from those around him. He's learning to stop this.
But when he wants to, he can 'suck' energy out of someone. Instead of the energy going through his hands and out his back, he absorbs this energy. It feeds his 'hunger' but makes him more aware of that hunger.
He feeds off of energy rather than blood. |
