Well I had another vivid dream and for some reason, even though it should have been horrifying, I found it rather comical but I still think it may have some relevance.
Somehow I ended up loosing half of my right leg. Through military or an accident I don't know but both felt as a possibility when I questioned it in my dream. So being one legged I refused to be hindered and kept at everything I normally did, or at least tried. I remember I was struggling doing something but I can't remember what and I kept either falling over or struggling to stay standing on my one leg.
Here's the funny thing. I felt proud of it, like it was a symbol of something great that I did and I was perfectly happy with it.
Then for some reason I was back at school and explaining to the gym teacher that I was going to have some trouble in phy. ed. but to let my participate any way. That I wasn't going to let this scratch slow me down. At that time I had some sort of prostetic rod that let me walk level without crutches.
I don't know. It was weird but the whole time I felt happy and proud. Just wanting to see what everyone else thought of this and to see what can be interpreted from it. _________________ I am trapped between heaven and hell. My wings carry me upon the winds. Loosing a limb or part of it can be a warnigsign: it might be a sign that you are keeping yourself from moving on (psychologically) but the way you acted in your dream points in the opposite direction: you wrote you are happy and did not let the lost of your leg slow you down.
So, perhaps you are aware of something that is slowing you down and you do not have the intention to let it slow you down. Perhaps you are determent on 'moving on', regardless any handicap. Which is positive.
The happy feeling sometimes is seen as some sort of compensation for sadness in real life.
It is also seen as a positive feeling you are experiencing in real life.
To me the feeling I have in a dream is always imortant exactly the way I am feeling it while dreaming. So if I would have had such a dream, I would interprete it in a positive way and not in a negative way. _________________ - power is gained through wisdom -

There are a few things in life that have been slowing me down and it's been driving me nuts. #1 would be finances. And exactly as you said I will not let that slow me down. Money is a real crunch right now since I'm getting set up for college (I've lived in below poverty my whole life and money for stuff like this is just non-existent), so I've gone through every viable source where I wont have to pay back the money I get. In short I've massed up over $35k between scholarships and grants.
And I suppose there are little things here and there that have been slowing me down too. But I like the way you put that. I don't let anything slow me down, at least not for too long. If there's something I want in life I go for it %100 and don't stop until I get the results I was looking for. There's always snags but I'll find a way, always have and always will.
Amazing how much you can derive of yourself through simple, yet complex dreams. Thanks for the interp. _________________ I am trapped between heaven and hell. My wings carry me upon the winds. Above lies heaven, below hell. Yet I must land in hell to soar in heaven. I am a Dragon! |

| I think another possibility could be that something is bothering you now in your life, but you haven't pushed it away yet. It could be that if you "amputate" the wrongness, you'll be able to move on again, at first with a handicap, but free. |

I can understand where you're getting at, but there is one snag in your theory that I can't get over. Why would I "want" my leg amputated? Or perhaps what wrongness would the leg had symbolized enough to have to be amputated? It just doesn't fit what I felt about the dream as did Syrobe's theory. _________________ I am trapped between heaven and hell. My wings carry me upon the winds. Above lies heaven, below hell. If there is a part of your life you want removed, it could potentially be symbolised by that body part.
Or... you could have had a creepy freaky dream.
Or it could be less about the leg, and more your response to it. Losing a limb is a major change and a major setback, but in your dream you refused to let it affect you. You kept persevering which tells you something about your personality. It's rather like how I refuse to stay dead when I die in a dream. Death often represents a major life-altering change. I refuse to let that change bother me for any length of time. |

Perhaps the dream was a look into the future. I have had thousands of dreams that usually ended up coming true, whether it was me saying something at a particular place, or something happening then, it has never let me down. Who knows? Perhaps this will be the future, perhaps that is how you will die, protecting those you love from those who would otherwise do them harm. The question that you must truly ask yourself: would you really have your death happen in any other way? _________________ A wise man once said, "I think, therefore I am," but how can he be so sure of his existence through his own skepticism? |

Well I don't think you read it properly if you are talking about my latest dream posted because I didn't die in it, just somehow lost my leg and was happy with it for some reason. _________________ I am trapped between heaven and hell.
