Cheese....that would be it!

Haha, yeah, I like cheese a lot too, I eat it every day, on a sandwich during lunch, and if I'm really hungry, I make omelets.. with cheese! ^^ I especially like old cheese.

I did eat cat food once on a dare. I couldn't have been much older than seven years old at the time. It doesn't taste as good as it smells of lookes regardless of type.

Heh for a weird combo that i do actually like feta cheese or sharp cheddar (or any other really strong tasting cheese)and bitter/100% dark chocolate (bakers chocolate).

As far as condiments go... lets see; pickled ginger, horseradish sauce (whether white or red doesn't matter), and pesto are definitely top picks. I do enjoy spicy food but I would be wise to be careful with any and every sort of chili and bell pepper,as I don't want to be the next person in my family to wind up allergic to them.

fruits veggies salads exct...:
Oh And i absolutely love those greenish juice smoothie blends from boathouse farms, odwalla and other brands Very Happy ( mean green, mega green, green goodness) not to mention green tea frappachinos. On this note I do like most fruits veggies and greens and starches (including sweet potatoes and yams) with exception to Lima beans. Lima beans are disgusting.

Meats:
I do like meats though i have a somewhat marked preference towards seafood. I like clams, shrimp, muscles, most fish (even catfish), i even like squid and octopus dishes. Just about the only seafood iI do not care for is oysters. I'll eat them mostly depending on how they are cooked.

When it comes to other meats Alligator is good and i prefer the taste of venison (dear elk) and buffalo/bison to cow. I prefer pheasant and other game birds over most domestic turkey and chicken... unless it is a free range bird, I like the gamier, slightly heaver, and somewhat nuttier taste of wild game and free range meats. my favorite cut with beef and pork is probably ribs for some reason I really do enjoy gnawing the meat off the bones.

lets see Deserts:

Amaretto cookies! who cares if they taste strongly
of a mixture of bitter and sweet almond?

I also rely like the mixture of Marzipan and dried fruit. Lots of people have problems with either the texture f marzipan (slightly like that of play dough) or the flavor strong and sweet almond taste. I also love caramelized milk. I have been known to eat caramelized milk and marzipan out of their containers. other than that favorites include ginger bars and spice cookies the spicier the better.

By which, I hope you mean "aged" cheese, and not "fuzzy" cheese. Doubt

You mean you're not supposed to eat the fuzzy kind Shock !

Laughing Just kidding. I tend to not eat things that have things growing on them or are becoming alive Anxious .

But that does remind me of the time I had Sashimi. Not the first time I ever went to a sushi restauraunt but this was a little over the top for freshness, CONSIDERING THE DARN THING'S GILLS WERE STILL FLAPPING!!!!

This video isn't of when I got it, but you'll get the general idea of what I was served.
It's alive!

And yes I did eat it. Couldn't waste the $40 it cost me. And it was pretty good too. There's not much I wont eat. Generally if it's edible I'll eat it Very Happy .

To support Namhias... I suppose he does mean old cheese: google for this one (you can wake me up for it in the middle of the night and placing it under my nose will wake me up...):

'Old Amsterdam Old Gouda cheese, riped to perfection. One of Holland's finest cheeses'.

And Ragnarok, aged cheese would do well too Wink

Embarassed I did that too while being young (and because I wanted to know what I was feeding my cat).

Alright than, I'll bite: Extra aged cheese, aka old cheese here. Wink

About different kinds of food though, I like most things Queen mentioned, except for veggies, I simply hate those, but I'll eat it because I need the vitamins... (like everybody else. Laughing )

And about those amaretto cookies, It is wise to keep them away from me, otherwise they can suffer from acute disappearance.. >.> One of my favorite cookies, if not my favorite.

Not If I'm around and bought them you won't.... I can disappear them quite well on my own, thank you. that and I get incredibly, even viciously territorial over my food, when somebody takes without asking ;P

Baked goods are probably my greatest weakness. I also really, really, really, like teas particularly the Chai spice blends. of those blends I probably prefer: Roobis(red tea) blends White tea blends, and Yerba Mate spice blends... and there is a coffee shop and bakery here in Bellingham that makes their own chai spice latte, it's so good you can almost bribe me with it.....

Oh and the wood fire pizza place here in town has one of the most awesome deserts! a giant ice cream sandwich made with two huge ginger snaps and vanilla Ice cream drizzled in caramelized milk. It's so big they suggest you order it as a desert for a party of 2-4.
