The League

Hello,

I wanted to know if you would be interested in joining a inter-site group called The League.

The league is a group of sites that all work together for the common good of their own sites. Basically it is a big inter-site group. The general idea is that we will all be able to help each other out with our boards, this is going to be taking things to a whole new level and I have even created a new site just for The League. Every member from every site should join this site. We will update as a whole. This site will bring us all together under one enviroment while still having our own sites where we feel more welcome just a short distance away. Well everyone joins, then we have all the admins from the site. Well, I will promote all of the site owners and one or two of their closest members to admin or global mod status. There is a special section in the board that only they can see. Here we can all talk privately about our ideas and such for The League and even for each site individually. I greatly want Silver Dragon Breath to come and join us! So far we have a few sites including my site The Apocalypse, Mythical, Shield Of Paladin, Harvest Moon World, ProjectEgo, Exile, and quite a few others. Do any of those sites have anything to do with otherkin? Because if not, we'd be opening ourselves to a wave of ridicule and trolling.

I have no idea what the sites are about, did not have any contact with the poster, so to me it seems to be just like fenris is saying: an attempt te gather members by using SDB....

*sigh* such web rings rarely ever work, and you certainly won't get everyone to join and get along. As Syrobe and Fenris say, this strikes me as nothing more than a "Come be assimilated as we run our member trolling campaign without passing it by the site Administrators first... All shall be under me and my 'benevolent' rule, though I will 'share' my authority a few people (Whom I handpick)."

I looked at it's front page, and it seems like what it is set up so that the only way to look at it is to join, a dubious recruiting tactic indeed...

The whole reason I stay with this site is that the uncalled ridicules, trolling, flaming, etc...is down to an extreme little or not at all. I feel a sense of security being able to reveal myself to a group of people that truly care or are willing to help and understand my pains. And combining with other sites that I know have those more unliked members.....lets just say I wont be as active.
