I really dont have any knowledge on modern weapons but I have made plenty of concept sketches for fake ones for a shooter I want to make. XD

They're asthetically based of modern designs but I dont think that counts >.>

I'm afraid guns aren't legal here, so I've never fired one, (air powered doesn't count,) nor do I have any knowledge about any type. However, guns have always caught my interest, and IF I can somehow get a license to fire one on a shooting range, or even better, keep one at home, I'd readily do it. I'd definitely have to get better informed about safety, maintenance, types, the works.

My favorite weapon on the other hand is a (very simple) wooden staff. I'd like to believe that I'm moderately skilled in the usage, but I can always use more practice. Practicing is a great way to keep fit, and I really enjoy sparring every now and then.

Cool thing about the U.S. is you can purchase a rifle by 18 and a hand-gun by 21 with no licenses or anything. I personally have a Remington bolt action 30-06 with an adjustable scobe for 6-12x magnification.

And if you wanted I could help you whenever I can on the proper maintenance, safety, and usage of just about any fire-arm. Really the only guns I haven't shot are full auto weapons. The Army has gone over a bit of this already with me.

...Are you sure about that? I've asked around here, and pretty much everyone's said that there's a basic license/safety procedure to follow. Unless you're talking about that gun show loophole, which really does need to be closed.

I suppose it'd be different for every state. I know in North Dakota I could simply go to Wal-Mart and buy a rifle just like that (with a bit of paperwork over registration and a background check). I've found out it's the same for here in Wyoming.

But yeah, I've seen people selling fully automatic rifles at gun shows, and all that does is leave the door open to trouble. Don't worry though, I'll be Obama will have something to do about that beings he's trying to ban guns to begin with.

Thank you, your offer is greatly appreciated. ^^ It'd be a waste to tell me now, because I haven't got a firearm just yet. Wink But if I ever happen to have a question, I'll ask you.

Hmm...my favorite weapon. Well, I've never used one before because I never really had to...and my parents won't even let me have a pocket knife leave alone something thing highly destructive. Laughing But I do like to look at them and the ones that more catch my eye are swords and other knife-like weapons. My favorite shooting weapons are 6 shooter pistols and Italian crossbow pistols.

The only thing close to being a weapon I've used is my brother's bow and arrow set (not to be used for hunting). I really need to work on my aim and learn how to not injure myself while firing. xD
