Worlds worst FB run

Ok I think this is humurous enough to go in the laughs section. For those that dont know the game in question is an MMO named PWI.

So anyways, I come online and 2 people tell me they need to get an fb39 done (a tough dungeon quest with 3 bosses), and being a leader of a faction I had to say yes, what more was I to do? So we got a squad together comprising of me (lv57 wizard), a 71 blademaster, a 57 cleric, and the two lv39 fbers.

So all was going good for the first 5 minutes or so and our 71 blademaster has to leave, not his fault or anything. All is said and done and we move on, and with a bit more effort we push on through, with only one or two deaths on the way.

Then we get to the 1st boss.

At this point I realize we didnt have a tank, but we had gone too far to quit. Luckilly Im a freaky heavy armor wizard build, which basically means I deal mediocre damage but can resist whatever I need to, but I still have the lowest hp in the bunch...and cmon im still a wizard. So its decided that Im going to tank and we stack IH and I start casting...

Of course out of my own stupidity, I cast right next to my party and lured him into them, where they were in his area of attack range. After the cleric died so did everyone else, and we all waited a good 30mins while he hustled back over to rez us. He does, but go figure our dead bodies are right next to a group of 4 monsters and they chase us down and murder us again, but this time we were at least able to run out of their range. Another 30mins pass and the cleric hustles back again, ressurecting us.

So we try again, but this time I run right into his face before casting a spell. The guy doing his fb had to sit and watch so he didnt get murdered, and the cleric was healing me like crazy. Halfway through our veno dies and I have to lure him away while he rezs her, and I chug a few potions while he does so. Meanwhile Im panicking because Im running out of mp and mp potions, and if I stop attacking he'll go after everyone else. All is well though and the veno gets up and retreats back to a safe distance, and the cleric heals me again right when all my healing stuff goes into cooldown.

A lengthy fight ensues, and our veno, the main damage dealer at the moment, can barely help out because if she does too much damage she'll take the monsters focus off me. Eventually, though, through some miracle, I manage to tank the thing AS A MAGE!

...then we realize the FBer forgot to accept the quest, so it didnt count.

Having never played an MMO of that sort, I am amazed I understood that. Bravo, my good man; bravo. You deserve a kiss. *kiss* :3 Not only did I understand that, but I knew how much that must have sucked. I played an online game, fought my way through a three hour dungeon, nearly died, all to get a piece of armor that I wanted. I wasn't a high enough level to wear it, so while I had the money for it I was unable to buy it. Fail. XD

I've played PWI a few times in the past, never really got into it, though. But yeah, I can see how that would suck. Good job though.
