Maybe I'll try to meditate sometime, but you shouldnt have told me something might happen, now Im going to get excited and jerk out of it if I feel any changes lol :\
So I had another dream last night with dragons in it, but this one followed the normal dream setup I always have. Here it is:
I had a dream we went to ride what was supposed to be The Beast, but it was on grass hills and we were on a series of hovercraft tubes. There was a timer in the top corner of my veiw because we had to finish the ride in a certain amount of time or it was game over, lol.
So we got to a certain part of the ride where we got lost, and sometime during this I saw while looking through some tiny (as in 1/3 the size of a pinky) plastic cylander I saw a light blue box entity with the name "Hydrorox" or however that guys name is spelled on this forum site, and the box was tied to some "High Wizard" whos name started with an "n"...I know we have a high wizard title here but I dont know the name either.
So anywho while we were looking for where the ride continued (with the timer still ticking) we came across the High Wizard's unconsious body (and it was a she by the way). Looking through the plastic tube I saw that she couldnt breath because Hydrorox had infused into her body in the form of water and filled her lungs. I did CPR and expelled Hydrorux out of her, and even though it was her dragon it was evil, and an rpg style ensued that used a battle system which was a cross between FF12 and FFT, both of which I havent played in at least a month.
After that battle, which I forget the ending to, we went to a treat shop run by a real life version of Moe from the simpsons, and after someone paid him in hersheys we all got to take one treat. I took an cookie-ice cream sandwhich with a chocolate coating, then I woke up.
Now that you know my dream structure you know why the first one was so signifiacant to me! My dreams make no sence...
I also want to had I have had ALOT of dreams about snakes, either trying to find one or attaching one to me. I remember a week or two ago I had a dream a snake ate its tail around my waist, forming a sort of snake belt.
Also there was something last night about the heroic version of myself in a green bowler hat and trenchcoat versus the evil version of myself in a black bowler hat/trenhcoat, but that either was a seperate dream or tied to the one above in some way I forgot. _________________ I would love to have you on MSN, send me a PM with your IM account. Another odd occurance, this time after I woke up:
I dont remember what I dreamed, but when I fully woke up I realized I couldnt move the fingers on my right hand...but there was no tingling sensation like I slept on it funny, it just felt like they weren't supposed to bend. After about 30-45 seconds I was able to get my pinky and thumb to move, but the others wouldnt budge for a good minute or so, not even to move with the other ones like they normally do.
But the rest of my arm was able to move...
I suppose I might have somehow slept on it funny (even though my arm was next to me and not under me) and moved it before I woke up, but that was still very very odd, and why would just my fingers have fallen asleep?
Also I looked at my fingers while this was happening and they were bent very funny :\ _________________ I would love to have you on MSN, send me a PM with your IM account. Or not, if your that kind of person. |

You're growing claws!
Honestly though I don't know. It could be poor circulation, a pinched nerve. Heck though, It'd be cool though if they really were claws wouldn't it? _________________ I am trapped between heaven and hell. My wings carry me upon the winds. Above lies heaven, below hell. Lol that was the first thing to come to my mind after it happened, then I spent a good amount of time thinking about how natural it would be to use them, but that's all just daydreaming.
Anywho the fact that I fought it (I was still groggy) might be a sign that I'm still repressing something, and I didnt bother to check my other hand so I might have missed that. I havent gotten around to trying meditation yet, but I'm looking foward to it. I've had something weird happen in my dreams or life everyday for a good 4-5 days after that 1st dream, how odd.
In other news I think you're the only one who still follows this thread Galadreil. _________________ I would love to have you on MSN, send me a PM with your IM account. Or not, if your that kind of person. |

I read replies here every time they come.
It actually helps me a little to understand some stuff.
--EDIT--
I am going to try meditation too. It might help me a little... _________________ VICTORY GUM! |

Well if you try meditation dont expect anything from it: the goal is to clear your head and to avoid focusing on anything, not to try to see past lives or anything. Try to just imagine your body dissolve into nothingness and focus on simply existing if that makes any sence.
At least that's how I'm going to try it when I get around to doing it, lol. _________________ I would love to have you on MSN, send me a PM with your IM account. Or not, if your that kind of person. |

No he's not. I read every post on the forum.
There are many ways of meditation, and you should do what works best for you. In my case, emptying my head helps, but some people use music, walk while meditating (I can't imagine that to be honest..) and some other things.
It's you who has to decide what meaning a dream has, but if I were dreaming of dragons all the time, (and I do from time to time), than I'd seriously think about the meaning. |
