This is where the oddity of dreams come in... O.o
Before you read below, I want you to know that:
A: I haven't considered myself Otherkin.
B: WARNING: Readers may experience offense, read at your own danger 
It all started with the usual swirl of dreams (Dizzying... >_<), and I came to a cave. Well, an FBI agent leads the way INTO the cave... O.o We stopped somewhere and 2 things appear on opposite sides: 1. A dragon (left) 2. A mirror image of me (right) The FBI agent says, "choose", and I can't. Here is the WIERD part... I ask, "What's my name?" FBI guy says, "Gildier" (pronunciation - gill º dee º ehr) It struck me familiar, but I didn't know where... o.o Again "Choose!" "I can't!!!" the guy pulls out his pistol and SHOOTS ME IN THE HEAD!!! I woke up, and found a bruise on my head where I ,apparently , hit it last night...
Odd? I say yes. Any comments / suggestions?

Apparently, in the dream you had a choice. Draconity or humanity, but thats just my opinion. I have no idea why he shot you in the head though.

But in all seriousness you probably bumped your head and it got translated into the dream, the same has happened with me and phonecalls, etc.

Remember to ALWAYS cut the red wire in case you dream about a bomb next time. 
Mk seriously... This doesn't seem to me like it'd have to be a dichotomy. I, for example, consider myself both a dragon and a human spiritually (meaning that yes, I'd still be otherkin even if I were to reincarnate as a dragon again later ). The only red pill / blue pill dilemma I had to go through was figuring out which to explore first, and since my anti-guide wouldn't get off my back, the choice ther was all but made for me.
