I've been getting into the tarot reading for a while so far it's going good.
So anyone want to know what will come to pass. It's good to have a question in mind this way the cards know what to look for. I will lay out a chart which will tell you the placement of each card and its representation.

The first card will represent the present.

The second card will represent what lies just ahead, and is soon to cross your path.

Third card will represent your goals or desires in life and how far you can get with them in the current circumstances.

Forth card will represent the broad and basic events which existed in the past.

Fifth card will represent the most resent sphere of influences which have just past or are about to pass.

The sixth card will represent the sphere of influence which lies just in the near future.

The seventh card will attempt to put you in proper perspective.

The eighth card will represent whom you've had an influence on whether it be one or many, it will also reveal tendencies and factors which exist with respect to other persons who may have an effect on you.

The ninth card will represent your emotion, and inner hopes, and secret desires including those thoughts which will come to mind.

The final card will show the culmination and results which will be brought about from all the influences as revealed by the other cards, provided events and influences continue as indicated.

Tarot cards are fun and all, but in order for them to work properly you have to have the person asking the question present because they have to deal the cards. Their energy shuffles the cards but if someone shuffles the deck for them, the fortune would be about that person, not the person asking the question. Sorry to kind of burst your bubble though...

There's two schools of thought on that. One is like you said, the other is that you *never* let anyone touch your cards because it could taint them.

Actually I did a reading for someone one another site, and the reading was quite accurate. Please let me know if this works, truth is I'm experimenting other ways to do it. Okay Shiari Let's begin.

The first card represents the present
The 8 of wands-It tells me that things around you are starting to speed up but it may work in your favor.

The second card represents what lies just ahead, that which is soon to cross your path.
The 10 of swords-This cards suggests you may soon be unable to have an effect or influences going on around you for the moment. In this event the need will just be to go with the flow.

Third card represents your goals or desires in life and how far you can get with them in the current circumstances.
The queen of wands-This card suggests you are one of strong leadership, this will enable you to achieve much of what you set out to do.

Forth card represents distant past.
The Ace of coins-This card tells me a long time ago a new door opened up for you work wise, this may be indicating the time in which you became a moderator or perhaps you received a promotion in your work as a veterinarian.

The fifth card represents your resent past
VIII Strength-This card indicates that you have received a new sense of balance. But intention is cause, but energy follows thought. Power without control is nothing.

The sixth card represents your future.
The 4 of coins-This card says there will soon be a need get your money in check. This might mean there is something you'll want.

The seventh card attempts to put you in proper perspective.
The 8 of swords-This card tells me you have a lot of frustration and a need for more patience. Otherwise you might not see the way out of a problem at hand.

the eighth card represents whom you've had an influence on whether it be one or many.
The page of cups-This card tells me you have a lot of friends, and through your leadership you have helped achieve new heights.

The ninth card represents your emotion, and inner hopes, and secret desires.
0 The Fool-This card represents the paths of light and darkness, and introduces the element of chance. This card tells me you want a new chapter to open in your life. However take great care as to how you get there, whatever it is observe the eccentricities of that which you desire.

The final card shows the culmination and results which will be brought about from all the influences as revealed by the other cards, provided events and influences continue as indicated.
The 3 of cups-This last card tells me that if everything follows though you will reunite with friends of long ago.

How was that?

*grins* Not bad.

The question:.... How will my attempt at breeding corn snakes go this year? And looking at the cards, the answer is indeed there, especially in the early ones.

card 1: My breedable female has decided to go into her pre-ovulation shed about a month and a half earlier than expected, so I'm having to race a bit to get ready when I thought I'd have more time.

Card 2: No control over what the girl is gonna do, hafta hope she'll take to the male.

Card 3: Provided no disasters, I *should* be able to get live hatchlings.

Card 4: The getting of my first snake (and trust me, with 13, they're quite a "job". I also did get a raise around that time as well.

Card 5: Finally settled on what I'm going to focus on with breeding, and looking at which of my critters I might consider rehoming so that I can spend more time with my special few.

card 6: >_< I just spent almost $200 on frozen mice because I left my freezer door open. Money is very tight and will be for a while.

Card 7: Waiting for eggs, then waiting for pips is apparently an endeavor that requires a great deal of impatience, especially as you don't want to mess with the eggs much. Also frustrated with my girlie for deciding to breed early. GAH!

Card 8: Might refer to the corn snake forum I'm part of.

Card 9: I'm really hoping to line breed my charcoal female, though she won't be ready until 2012. She's unusually pretty, but most people ignore charcoals in general. I hope to make them more desirable.

Card 10: Will be included into a new level of friendship that all the breeders seem to share thanks to the joys and frustrations that go hand in hand with our favorite critters.

I thank you for your feed back. Truth is when I do a reading from far away. I use certian stones. One I use is a lodestone which is a naturally magnetic stone. Me with my intrest in stone magick. It attracts what you want so I tap into it to gain a freckle of possitive energy from the questioner, with a peice of jade infront which holds the energy inplace, so it works as if your right beside me shuffling the deck. I then use a piece of quartz to sever the connection, and return it to the questioner. Finally black onxy to banish any negative energy that followed. That's my secret.

I think I'd like a reading, although I have to admit that I don't have any questions in particular. I'm taking life one day at a time these days.
