| Has anybody ever heard of a type of dragon called a "Worm", sometimes spelled "Wurm" of "Wyrm"? What do they look like? Did they look like snakes or were the legs so short and stuby that they were overlooked? Did they have wings? A friend of mine said that "worm" was a generic title given to any dragon in Britain, but that's what it means in Old English. I'm not sure. |

Wyrm means serpent in Old English, so the definition should be pretty clear. A wyrm (worm, wurm, whatever), is the class of "dragon" which has no legs and no wings. _________________ To win against an opponent stronger than yourself, you must not be weaker than that opponent. - Takamachi Nanoha |
