Quitting smoking... any tips?

Well, in the last 2 weeks, I have smoked a total of 3 cigarettes, and those only because of higher-than-usual stressful days. My boyfriend still smokes more than I do, and he smokes probably 3 a day. He is having a harder time with it than I am.

Ive been seriously thinking about getting an electronic cigarette, just for those times when Im really stressed. That way, Ill get the nicotine without the harmful carcinogens and chemicals, or the bad smell and taste.

I am so glad to hear that you two are still trying to quit. Keep on trying. Be quitters! Please stop and don't ever do it again. No matter what excuse you may tell yourself. Put it down and run for your lives. I mean it. Because that is the stakes here. Your lives.
