Right now I'm just a Private/E-2. My unit back home though doesn't have a single welder meaning that when I get home I'll be the only welder and that automatically gets me an E-4 rank which is equivalent to a corporal, a Specialist.

Actually I graduate after nearly 4 months of AIT training on Tuesday and go home Wednesday. I've been gone on training for almost 6 months and can't wait to get home.
And while I'm at AIT I'm allowed to have my phone lol, how else do ya think I get on my computer Queen  ? Though I wasn't allowed to take my phone to the field exercise.

ahh well you made a comment about them finding out you had the phone, made it sound almost like they might consider it contraband is all... according to what heard from a marine I know a lot of "contraband" items are easier to get a hold of on base than most civilians would think, they just get confiscated if it gets found ... oh that also comes from several other ex military personnel Ive met as well.
