Granted, but everyone is psychologically damaged, not physically. (The world becomes crazy).
I wish I could obtain all the knowledge from school and keep all my friends, but not have to go to school.

Granted, you even get a top-of-the-line rig with the best equipment, software and videogames available. However, you will never have the time to play.

Granted, but you lose control of time and never know what time period your in, and everything you touch or do will change the future. Be careful. 
I wish I could find out what is wrong with my sisters and help them fix it. Both mentally and physically. Or get others to help me fix them.

Granted, the problem of your sisters is treatable, but they will never be able to solve problems on their own without your help for the rest of their lives.
I wish the grieving process was easier to understand.

Granted, but your knowledge on death, loss and dealing with them are now so great that it's on your mind all the time.

Granted, you will have many periods fall on top of you the next time you walk outside. MANY sentences await you.
I wish that I was a professional gamer, won a GSL mega tournament, living with team Evil Geniuses, and live healthy and strong (goes to gym to work out).
