Now you all may think this strange posting here on a Draconic based site, but this is simply me venting my frustrations.

Late at night, I am coaxed out of bed and informed my two wolves are missing. I of course throw on clothes, grab the nearest flashlight and head towards the what seems neverending darkness. After an hour and a half of futile searching, I make my way back to my house. Beaten up and scarred by plants and wildlife. But my search was not in vain, apparently my mother had found them. They come greet me tails wagging and delighted to see me. My first and only thought before getting back into bed is. "You are lucky you are both so adorable, lest I slaughter you now." Has anyone else thought this of their pets? If so please post your troubles here.

Sure, I get angry with my pets sometimes, if they ruin the couch, or pee in the car (when on my way to the forest to let them run free for a while), or wreck something in general. Though I could never hurt them. I see them as part of the family, and while they may not be the brightest, I still care for them.
I'd be more worried if you never get angry at anything.

My paddle-tail newts really annoy me when they start fighting, because I get worried and sometimes have to separate them

I have a blue tic hound named Lil Ann and she was a rescue from the middle of the road, amaciated and almost dead. She was trained as a hunting dog before i got her and i can't help but wander if she thinks the road is something to be hunted....every time she gets off the lead, she heads straighrt for the road.

Glad you found them.

Yep I know exactly what your saying. we have 4 cats. once rocky nearly got trapped in the walls, rocly and his neces like to beunderfoot. regularly try to help with chores by upending whatever I just picked up... oh and Rocky like to knock glass tumblers on the floor right where I'll find them when I'm not wearing glasses (like right in front of a sink), on top of this he plays with his poop, they have like a million other toys he could play with! He is lucky he's such a sweetie who loves bellyrubs.

and hell they "follow" (underfoot) me everywhere Hitomi totally freaked me out once as she decided to hide under the couch and not respond to anything. I thought she had snuck out after me while I was taking out the garbage.
*facepalm* At the time I was just getting over a really bad cold as a result I panicked turned the house upside down except for the couch with is too heavy for my to move on my own, then roamed around the neighborhood with a jingle ball. on one of Bellingham's terrible cold dark windy and nearly freezing rain soaked winter nights.
I'm lucky it my blasted cold didn't decide to get into my lungs and turn into pneumonia as i didn't take the time to grab a darn coat
It seems excessive but we live on a major arterial/ highway. so long story short i soaked and chilled my self to the bone yelled myself completely hoarse and went around the neighborhood and all though the house shaking a damn jingle ball like an idiot....and completely exhausted myself looking for an animal that usually is the neediest little attention whore could ever meet. whatever she says to you (she's a talker) she's lying she is not in anyway attention starved underfed or lacking in toys.

I wish i owned a wolf!

My cat has Alzheimers. Laughing Shouldn't laugh really, but it's not often you come across this sentence. It's quite sad actually, she gets confused and ends up peeing on the floor, sometimes even besides her cat tray... She's had a full check over at the Vets and her sight is perfect, it's all in her head.
She also asks for food about five times, standing right in front of the bowl, even when it's full with food. This can get very frustrating, with the endless mewing, me having to keep picking her up, put her in front of the bowl, and doing everything short of force feeding her...

You just have to remember that they don't always know what they are doing, and to be patient.
Anyways, she has tablets every day now, so she's back to her loopy [but normal] self.
