Spirit overflow

I've had a problem I've called spirit overflow ever since I awakened.

It basically feels like my body can't contain my spiritual energy in the slightest and it's "overflowing". Besides causing my phantom limb problems to increase, it also draws way more supernatural attention than I would like. It's probably way worse than I'm making it sound, But I was wondering if any other dragonkin or any otherkin for that matter have experienced this. If they have, I'd like to know what causes it, and preferably a remedy.

Other possibly important info...
1. It doesn't happen all the time, but rather in cycles varying from every one to two months.
2. My kin has had two past lives as a dragon, the first in the astral plane(possibly important), the second on earth. Both were very similar.
3. I can control spiritual energy to an extent, but not a very large one.
